 IMPORTANT SHIPPING DISCLAIMER • Elite Journi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances • Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Elite Journi is no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages

SHIPPING PROTECTION • We highly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout (Seel Protection) to protect your package against loss, damage, or theft • If insurance is not added, Elite Journi is not liable for any issues once the package is in transit

ADDRESS POLICY • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees
