Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item is defective

Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original packaging

 All security ties and tags must remain intact

 

NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

• Hair has been installed

• Hair has been cut, colored, bleached, or altered in any way

• Hair has been brushed, combed, or worn

• Packaging has been opened or tampered with

 

DEFECT OR ISSUE POLICY

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the issue

• Approved claims may be eligible for exchange or store credit

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

• Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled
